1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, browsing the menu, or placing an order on FOODBUZZ.ng ("FOODBUZZ", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract under Nigerian law to place an order.

3. Orders and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout, which is not final until we confirm the order and payment is completed.
• Prices, delivery fees, and item availability can change without notice and don't apply retroactively to an order you've already placed.
• Card and transfer payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your full card details.
• Cash orders are paid directly to the delivery rider on arrival, for the exact amount shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather, and order volume can all affect them. Delivery fees are based on the zone you select at checkout; make sure your address and phone number are correct so our rider can actually reach you.

5. Reviews and conduct

You can leave a review for a dish you've actually received. Reviews must be honest and can't contain abuse, harassment, hate speech, or content unrelated to the dish itself. We may remove any review, at our discretion, that breaks these rules.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund rules are covered separately in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

FOODBUZZ is a platform for ordering food for delivery. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use FOODBUZZ after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever that happens.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
