Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

1. Orders are final once confirmed

Food is prepared specifically for your order, so once it's confirmed and the kitchen has started preparing it, we can't offer a refund simply because you've changed your mind or no longer want it. Please double-check your order — items, address, and payment method — before confirming it at checkout.

2. When we will make it right

A no-refund policy for change of mind doesn't mean you're on your own if something actually goes wrong on our end. We will make it right — with a refund, a redelivery, or credit toward a future order, at our discretion — if:

  • Your order never arrives.
  • You receive the wrong order, or items are missing from it.
  • The food arrives in a condition that's clearly not fit to eat (e.g. spilled, spoiled, or otherwise unsafe).
  • You were charged for an order that was never actually placed, or were charged more than once for the same order.

3. How to report an issue

Report a problem with your order as soon as possible — ideally within a few hours of delivery — through the contact details on our homepage, with your order number handy. The sooner we hear from you, the sooner we can sort it out.

4. Cancelling before delivery

An order can only be cancelled while it's still awaiting payment. Once it's paid for and the kitchen has begun preparing it, it can no longer be cancelled from your side — if you genuinely need to stop an order in flight, contact us immediately and we'll do what we reasonably can.

5. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it's issued back to the original payment method (via Paystack for card and transfer payments) or, for cash orders, agreed directly with you. Bank processing times are outside our control and can take a few business days to reflect.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make a meaningful change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
